"The hotel is an absolute delight. We stayed in a wonderfully designed and decorated room. The amenities are top-notch, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly. However, I felt the hotel was somewhat overused. The other buildings and clubs, like Soho House on the premises, share the same services as the hotel. "In the last 10 years I have visited Brazil every other year, I am staying at Transamerica executive. Nothing here luxury, but simplicity and a warm welcome from the staff trying to help and polite smiling. The accommodation are enough spacious and clean. "

"The apartment was in worse condition than the photos, mine had filler patches in the walls. It was also a lot smaller than it appeared in the listing. They say it isn’t a hotel but there was nowhere to throw out rubbish and they didn’t even provide any sponge or dustpan and brush to clean the apartment, so I’m not sure how you can keep it clean without access to this? The cutlery was also dirty when I arrived. Everything needs to be rented from the vending machines. The staff were really helpful...
