"Central, convenient, decent room"

"A localização privilegiada foi o principal ponto que me fez optar pela estadia no hotel, próximo ao centro, metrô, praças, base da PM e ótimos restaurantes. Além disso as comodidades eram muito boas, espaçosas e confortáveis. Café da manhã ótimo com várias opções, inclusive algumas opções fitness que fazem toda a diferença para quem está em dieta. Recepcionistas, seguranças e camareiras super atenciosos e gentis. Recomendo!!!!"

"Old building. Spacious room, huge bed, large bathroom. TV worked but remote control didn’t. Room faced a street with bars which was noisy at night. Buffet breakfast was good. Cold bottles of mineral water were available in reception for which I was not charged at check-out."

"Very small space. Hideous bathroom. Located in a dirty and dangerous part of the city where homeless people are drug dealers are always around."

"It’s a good hotel for the price being paid; I have no complaints and would definitely return. However, one area for improvement could be the TV programming. There’s a lot of evangelical content that makes me feel like I’m in a church rather than a hotel. The TV lacks Netflix and YouTube, which are more engaging options. Perhaps this could be improved."
