"They didn’t let us check in early after I explained to him I paid for 2 nights but leaving one day earlier due to my 7pm flight , so we left our bags at the front desk for a fee. When it was time to the check in at 2pm, the line was out the door and it took them forever to check people in. No other hotel during our trip had this long of a check in . Horrible. Otherwise the hotel was modern, rooms were clean with a minor ant issue in the bathroom, and next door to the luz station which made...

"This was my third stay at Sooz and I am very happy with the overall experience. Breakfast is delicious, the rooms are nice, it’s famiky friendly and the location is near everything you need downtown Sao Paulo. The big plus for me is how they are very accomodating when it comes to early check in. This is the hotel I plan to stay whenever I am in Sao Paulo. Thank you Sooz! Keep up the great work!"

"It’s a good hotel for the price being paid; I have no complaints and would definitely return. However, one area for improvement could be the TV programming. There’s a lot of evangelical content that makes me feel like I’m in a church rather than a hotel. The TV lacks Netflix and YouTube, which are more engaging options. Perhaps this could be improved."
