The e staff was very helpful the area is not so much especially during the weekend because everything is closed around the hotell and on weekdays is too much traffic

Horrível seria pouco, troquei de quarto 3 vezes a TV não funcionava e nem o ar e por último me deram a chave de um quarto que quando abri tinha um homem deitado, imagina meu susto, agora pensa se é uma pessoa desonesta encontra um quarto vazio só com pertence de alguém, essa pessoa pode simplesmente roubar e aí como vai se explicar depois 😞

Localização excelente mas precisa urgentemente de manutenção. Não é a primeira vez que me hospedo lá em quarto com vazamento no banheiro, não adianta enxugar que está sempre alagando. Não solicitei reparo em nenhuma das vezes porque já tinha me acomodado no quarto e seria apenas uma noite.

Para hospede normal não é recomendado
Se quiser se hospedar para fazer compras é um otimo lugar mas para descansar não se hospede pois a bagunça, barulho de música começa é cedo,3h da manhã. O atendimento da recepção foi desagradável, fiz alteração de quem ia fazer o check-in no hotel.com e não serviu de nada, minha mae ficou 3h me esperando para fazer sendo que o documento que tinha estava no nome dela e informaram que estava no meu, achei bem chato essa falha na comunicação do site com o hotel, minha mae estava cansada da viagem e idosa fizeram isso com ela.
