"Large comfortable rooms, nice grounds. Pool was not clean or heated. Traffic getting in and put of hotel was a nightmare (not hotel's fault, but still part of the experience). Good breakfast and coffee in room."

"Very clean and great staff that prepped our room early. We felt safe for being in the city and everything we needed was within walking distance. After our car delivery it was very easy to leave to the north."

"This property looks antique with traditional design and Caribbean style paintings, overall we had a decent stay, no major complaints, dining options are limited although there is a restaurant besides the hotel and Chinese restaurant opposite to the hotel but they both do not accept Amex card so if you have master and Visa card then you are fine. Overall I do recommend the hotel. "

"We stayed one night on our way to a beach resort and had wonderful service, especially from the young man at the front desk. He went way above and beyond to help us with a transportation issue and found a solution after making phone calls, etc. The room was very comfortable (although not fancy) and clean and the food was excellent in the restaurant. "

"Great, well appointed hotel with clean rooms and very friendly, helpful staff. Jorge at the front desk was extremely courteous and helpful. With us not knowing the area Jorge went out of his way to provide us with a map and recommendations of areas to go in the downtown area."
