Stayed at the hotel quite a few times during the years. The hotel is certainly showing its age. The rooms are dated. And the shuttle bus service to/from Cityplaza stopped after COVID. But the staff are nice and helpful. The lobby cafe very good with comfy chairs. One MRT station away from Cityplaza or 20-25 minutes walk. Many dining options nearby. Overall good if you don’t mind older hotels.

Even though it’s slightly further from the focal attraction of the city (7 MTR stations from Central, 5 from Causeway Bay), we appreciate its cleanliness and the view from our side harbor view room. Our room was spotless clean everyday and the staff in the lobby was helpful and efficient. Highly recommended for the price and quality of service!

The hotel is an older building and the decor reflects this. However for the price you get a decent size room. Access to transport is great. The WiFi is good however you are limited to 2 devices.
