"Very beautiful and welcoming. Staff is very attentive and working hard to address any issues or concerns. I didn’t venture off facilities, but there are places you can travel to that is not far away. My only issue was that the when I used the public hot tub it was a bit dirty from the nature that fell into it and it was warm at best. Not really hot. Everything I’d enjoyed and would recommend doing tour and the spa after. "

"This is one of the nicest airport hotels that I’ve ever stayed in. I didn’t expect the quality in amenities or service. I feels more like a resort than an airport hotel. I will say that I was there with a group and not all rooms were created equal. The first half of my trip my room open onto the pool and the second half I was in the bridal suite. Both of my rooms were comfortable and worth recommending. If you can, upgrade your room! *this is a comparison to other global AIRPORT hotels*"

"This is a very safe and comfortable high end hotel right in the middle of San Jose within walking distance of most of the attractions including the Main Markets and the National Museum. It's also right across the street from the National Theater. The rooms are very comfortable and well maintained. The lobby is on the 5th floor and you need a key card to enter the other floors with guest rooms so it is very safe. My family and I did not eat at the restaurant though it looked very nice. "Property was clean & comfortable,we had a 3BR/2BA unit. Both pools & hot tub areas were also very well maintained. Traveled with a teenager & senior in our party, felt very safe at all times. Reception staff was very helpful & recommended restaurants, stores, attractions & tours during our stay. Housekeeping was excellent! "I’ve stayed at many places but this is definitely one of my favorites. The building looks brand new and very well-maintained. There is a hangout room on the top floor with a huge Tv and coffee machine. Next to it is a small gym with a bathroom and a shower! There is also WiFi that works very well in both rooms!
