"Serena Beach Hotel is well located, had beautiful timeless architecture and wonderful ambience. The staff made our stay special, very attentive, pleasant and wet had lots of laughter with them. The Chef is outstanding, all the meals and snacks were well prepared, with a diverse presentation of food and drink. The sea front needs some cleaning attention otherwise we enjoyed cooling off in the ocean, very safe and comfortable to swim, even for the little ones. We will be back!"

"We had stayed here previously and been in an older room with an outstanding view. This stay we were in the new section where the room was very new and very well fitted out, still with ocean views but not as good as the previous room . The hotel was very busy and we found the service not quiet what I would've expected. I am also rethinking all inclusive as I found the drinks selection very restricted and the food just above average. Check in was slow check out a key was left in the room and we...

"What an amazing stay at BSL. Wonderful beach front property with small villas. Blown away by the delicious food and attentive staff. Everyone was super nice and an extra shoutout to Joel the manager and Fred the receptionist. Fred greeted us warmly and was so kind to share tips for our stay in Kilifi, really appreciated and thanks Fred. Thank you everyone for a wonderful stay!!!!!!!"
