It's a beautiful property - the setting, the pools, the beach bar - and it is obvious that staff and the management go out of their way to be attentive to customers' needs. There are always minor things to improve (plumbing in the rooms, tastiness of some foods), but overall I highly recommend Voyager for a beach vacation on the Kenyan coast. "

"Nice hotel. Great place if you are looking for a self-contained resort. Four pools, multiple restaurants, private beach, bars, spa and more. Definitely a great place to unwind, relax and enjoy beautiful surroundings. Hotel is a bit remote; you’ll need to hire transportation to visit places. "

"Nice hotel near Nyali Beach. Very nice and service minded people, especially the guy working evenings and nights in the restaurant. The rooms needs some improvements. There was a moldy smell and some spots in the roof. Breakfast was just ok. We had dinner there one evening, which was very good.

"Hotellet (byggt på 70-talet) var i stort behov av renovering både utvändigt och invändigt. Servicen var långsam. Beställde man dricka till maten så hade man nästan ätit klart innan den kom in. Man fick vänta på madrasser och handdukar för solsängarna till klockan var närmare 10 AM. Bad i havet provade jag en gång och det fick räcka. Väldigt långgrunt och mycket sjögräs vilket man inte kan skylla hotellet för. Jag hade ett superior rum för 9000 KSH/natt och halvpension vilket var ganska ok. men...

"Stay away from this hotel..Stayed for 2 dayz..Empty hotel, less variation in breakfast offer. Less welcoming staff, specially at the restaurant. Live Cockroaches on the food as we had a breakfast. Outdated and broken coffee kettle, Electricity went so water anf we were not able to shower.. Horrible experience. We went to breakfast and being told "no coffee due to lack of electricity power. the

"What's there to say about a hotel started in 1972? If you're looking for modern amenities, you won't find it here. If you're looking for a time capsule of Swahili culture, you will find it here. Rooms have AC, a 3 pools were excellent, ocean view was excellent as well. Breakfast was authentically Swahili with really good mahamris. "
