"This was a disaster and we had to call hotels.com to get out of there. We did not sleep 1 night as this hotel. AC was not working properly, we did initially not get towels and duvet was missing from the bed. Generally very shabby and this hotel should not have 3.5 stars.. more like 1 star. "
