"The hotel was great for what we wanted The food was fantastic to lots of options We really thought the hotel room was lovely - But could do with some soft close hinges on the doors as alot of people bang them shut every morning and evening waking everyone up. The pools are great - the loungers could do with cleaning as they look dirty some of them. The drink prices are fantastic to we were half board. I also noticed some staff don't always understand what is asked for such as one morning...

"The hotel is well located - away from central Benidorm but an easy walk away. Parking is easy with plenty of spaces. Breakfast was good. The staff at reception were excellent and the cleaning lady was very pleasant. The gym is well equipped and maintained and the pool is a nice size for swimming. The only negative being:- the walls between the rooms are very thin and it is possible to hear people chatting. Unfortunately in my case I had neighbours who chatted until 04:30! "

"Sea view and corner room. Sea view means cooler room facing dawn. Corner rooms are bigger. Quiet and clean. Comfortable beds, pillows and bedding. Effective air conditioning and a splattering of English tv channels. As always the extensive, quality breakfast in the large, bright, corner dining room with fabulous beach and sea views did not disappoint. Hotel is not cheap but it is a real treat. "
