"We really enjoyed our stay at Melia Benidorm – It’s got a great feel to it with a lovely pool area, just a couple of minor issues. Housekeeping could have been a bit better, as used cups and glasses in the room weren’t washed or replaced regularly, and toilet rolls weren’t replenished until there was about 5 sheets left!. No stags or hens allowed at the hotel which is good for a couples break. Great view from the 15th floor - lovely pool area and food breakfast choice but they do start to clear everything away very swiftly- so don’t go down to breakfast thinking you can rock up 5 minutes before it ends ! "I loved the hotel, it was beautiful. The staff were very helpful taking my mobility scooter backwards and forwards tonthe parking area. However i was disappointed and surprised that i had to pay €6 a day to park my scooter at the hotel and was not permitted to have in the hotel itself which was difficult to manage as i have very limited mobility and found it very difficult walking around such a large hotel without it."

Over the 4 days we stayed there, it was mainly very friendly, attentive female receptionists. Unfortunately one of the members of our group encountered the hotels only male receptionist at check in. This guy really isnt suited to a customer service role. His attitude was pathetic and his knowledge of his job role left a lot...
