"The staff are very kind, courteous and very helpful. The thing that bothered me the most are small cockroaches crawling in toilet seat and bathroom floor. "The place was beautiful, so much greenery and such a spacious, lush area. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Dennis was amazing and made efforts to help us with what we needed! Breakfast at the cafe was great at the Evergreen. The food at One Fishing Place Floating restaurant was decent, but wasn’t too appetizing. However, I would say the staff made the stay memorable. "The hotel is clean and our stay was convenient. The view from our room was breathtaking! Their breakfast buffet was excellent. Front desk would have done a better job by explaining about the amenities. We didnt know that breakfast was included. "I’ve stayed in many places around the world the space is perfect, it is very spacious and accommodating. My room was excellent for relaxation, especially being use to climate back home. Having the air con made it very comfortable. I was only there for one night and had an early check out but I could see that staying for a longer duration would be very easy to do. The price is very fair and I would highly recommend if anyone is staying for business or pleasure the Wind is an excellent choice. The price is very fair for anyone wanting to spend quality time in Tagaytay. I was one the 3rd floor and my view was very good I didn’t get a chance to check the view from a top floor window but I can tell it probably very beautiful. Most of all the incredibly pleasant staff. They are very genuine and eager to help, I felt very safe staying at the Wind."
