"The photos says it all. The place is great for the price, nice view on other angle of taal lake. It also felt like home away from home.😍 Ann was very accomodating and kind. Her place is very neat and linens are clean and smells good too. And if you’re planning to cook your own food, better buy ahead all your needs before going there unless you bring your own car. Overall, I love the place and we’ll surely book the same place. Thank you again Ann👍🤗"

"Prior to my trip I had an accident & spranged my ankle very bad. So the doctor recommend me not to cancel this trip & reschedule after surgery & recovery!! However, I explained to Expedia customer service, & sent a message to Pets Blossom & Chateau Elysee that I would like a refund for now until after my surgery/recovery, then I will reschedule my trip. I got a reply from Expedia customer service, but NO reply from Pets Blossom & Chateau Elysee!! "

"The Unit was very dirty, infestation of roaches, roach eggs inside the refrigerator, greasy and dirty kitchen counter, there was also a pillow in the bed with blood underneath and i was sleeping on it, how disgusting! I called the owner and informed her about the condition of the unit and she got upset with me! she also stated "if you want a better unit then you must spend more money". I was appalled that she would make such a reply to complaint. After I clean the entire unit she offered another...

"It was not exactly what we expected. What they post on internet is not true! Too strict! And not treating us as a guest. They even post a pool but they dis not allow us to use it. So disappointed with our stay."

"We were not received at the hotel. we have paid for our booking in full but when we arrived at the hotel/condo, we were told that the rooms are already booked. And worst, only the lobby guard attended to us. None from the management of the property came to at least talk to us."
