"This was a super convenient location to walk or take the T around Boston. We walked to the North End daily, TD Garden twice, Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market & the NE Aquarium. The staff was very helpful with a list of their favorite local restaurant recommendations. There is a dispensary a few blocks away and several fun & lively hot spots. The hotel provides free bottled water but PRO TIP you have to ask for it at the front desk. You also have to request housekeeping which we did on our way out to breakfast to start our day so not that big of a deal. Recommendations include hooks by the door for heavy winter jackets & comfy bathrobes. We didn't eat at the restaurant but had espresso martinis at the bar which were good & use a local mix from Bricco in the North End. We would definitely stay here again due to convenience of getting around in addition to easy airport transfer on the T! "

"Loved the stay. Wasn’t aware id have to pay to park, and one elevator was out to my room. Left big crowds and cramped elevators. The staff was friendly and it was really nice otherwise. "

"CitizenM is so underrated, this hotel is by far the nicest one I have stayed in. It’s very clean and the bed was like heaven. We were greeted with such friendliness and everyone was on there A game and loved working there. This place needs to be more talked about as it’s a beautiful concept of what a hotel should look like and feel like “home away from home”"
