"Liked that was within easy walking distance of MIT, which a family member was attending. Quiet, great view. Breakfast service was below par, especially for this class of hotel. First day the oatmeal was almost cold; second day it was marginally better, but waiter failed to bring the tea I requested."

"Lovely hotel- good service, complimentary hot cider and warm donuts in the lobby. I was supposed to be offered VIP access but was not. Would have been nice to have this benefit offered- it likely would have resulted in me not paying a nightly pet fee or having to pay for breakfast. Too bad."

"The Kendall is so charming and cute! We stayed for my sons bday and it’s was perfect. It felt like staying at an old friends house. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. 10/10 would definitely stay here again."
