Whatever issues we did have, Rocchi and Jose were very quick to address and were consistently friendly and accommodating throughout our entire 3 night stay. Service at the spa was also top notch - Trina is incredibly experienced and really took care of us."

"For the star rating and cost, this property was a great find. Pool (Mineral), hot tub, sauna, plenty of places to sit outside. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room itself had a fridge, coffee maker, and beds were comfortable. Very clean. "

"What a great place to stay. Sadly we were in town for a funeral and just needed a quiet, relaxed, comfortable place for a few nights. While the buildings and rooms are a bit dated, Roman Spa staff were friendly and helpful, could walk to everything in town from the hotel, had amazing foot massages at the spa, pools were clean and heated, room was clean as can be with a kitchen that had everything needed to cook or to store leftovers from restaurants. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. We would absolutely stay here again. "
