"We had an excellent experience. The staff was very kind and helped us with suggestions on where to eat and how to get around. Right in front of the hotel is the bus stop that takes you to the Golden Gate, and everything is close by. The airport pickup was a bit confusing since the pickup point is at the hotel across the street called Riu. Overall, we found everything lovely. We’re coming back in July and will stay here again."

"We stayed for four nights with our three teenage grandchildren. It is a great location for Fisherman's Wharf activities. The bathroom/vanity area is small, but the firepits are really nice way-stations after a long day. The breakfast buffet is PRIMO. There is a wide variety of food, including lots of fresh fruit. This restaurant was so well-organized. We would stay again, just for the breakfast!!"
