"We stayed for a Graduation which was opposite hotel so very convenient. Chargeable car park at rear of hotel was handy. Great fresh cooked to order breakfast. We didn’t eat in the restaurant in evenings but did have a drink in the bar that was nice stylish decorated. Good choice hotel that’s a short walk into town (although a hill to walk up on way back). Nice rooms . Would stay again infact it’s our second stay here."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was we'll stocked and enjoyable. The swimming pool was closed but fortunately we were able to walk to the hotel next-door and use their swimming pools. The Sauna and Jacuzzi facilities would have been very welcome, if only they were working! The room that we had on the same level as the reception wasn't great, as we didn't have any kind of view from the window. We were offered another room but declined it, as it was even less suitable...

"The hotel was ok but not particularly clean or hospitable- no staff on duty except one man on check in. The bedvwas the most uncomfortable ive ever slept in. The worst thing is they have stolen my property- i left an item of clothing in the room and despite many calls and messages left , as they never answer personally, i have had no contact. I have also tried Hotels.com to discuss this issue and theur live chat line is useless. No response despite waiting for contact as instructed. The item was...

"A lovely, well situated hotel with very friendly staff with a well stocked bar at a reasonable price. Breakfast was very tasty and plenty of it. We had an issue with a wall heater not working and within 5 minutes of phoning reception a replacement heater was sent up. We were there for a Friday & Saturday night so there was live music followed by a DJ both nights. As we were on the top floor we could just about hear the beat but it wasn’t loud enough to disturb us. If I’m back in...
