"This is my go-to hotel while visiting London. The beds are extremely comfortable, they have excellent walk-in showers with both a rainflow and handheld shower head. The location is superb with Hyde Park within a minutes walk and there are two Tube Staions within a few minutes walk. As well there are plenty of restaurants to choose from on Queensway. The staff are wonderful, especially Ioana who went out of her way to help me. I highly recommend this Hotel. "

"Great overnight stay. Room was newly refurbished and beautiful, facing Queen’s garden (I was upgraded on arrival). Only 10 mins walk from Paddington station. The room service was nice and good value. I had to leave early in the morning so I didn’t order the breakfast but everyone seems to enjoy it. I would be very happy to rebook here when I am in this area again."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was lovely to be across from the park and so close to the Tube. Easy walking access to Notting Hill and Kensington made dining a pleasure each day. Great, kind and attentive service in the hotel. Excellent breakfast in the restaurant too."

"Everything very clean. Pillows one was very flat two was too high. Heating system was blowing directly at the couch sitting direction. Some days there was no bottled water and enough English breakfast and earl grey tea. Toilet flush very stiff difficult to flush. Shower door hard to open. Thank you "
