"Very tiny room's with no natural air (ventilation) so suffocating. Room has very thin walls. You could hear everything from next room . Staff is not corporated - unprofessional. Never Again !"

"We visited for the second time to find our room to be more spacious than last time, with a comfortable bed and a nice clean space. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The reason we stay is the location, it is out of the way so a peaceful night sleep is guaranteed, but main tube stations are a 5-10 minute walk. Local cafes and restaurants are nice. Once again we didn't eat at the hotel due to the amount of local amenities and options. There are one or two small elements which are dated, such as the shower head which didn't move, but it didn't impact our stay."

"We stayed here for six nights before traveling to Edinburgh for three days. Initially, we didn’t book an additional two-night stay in London because we were considering other areas. However, we decided to return to this hotel because we liked its location and comfortable accommodations. During our stay, renovations were underway, which made it a bit noisy, but it was manageable. When I mentioned my disappointment about not being informed of the hallway renovations, the front desk staff sincerely apologized and offered us complimentary breakfast for two days. Since we usually go out for brunch, we didn’t think we would use it, but when we tried it the next day, we were pleasantly surprised."
