Ares for improvement - TV reception was very poor indeed to the point it made watching any movies very frustrating and impossible; the temp control on the shower can be temperamental and can sometimes be far too hot."

"Beautiful hotel with great views from the rooftop, infinity pool is located on the 26th floor but is smaller than expected. Staff were very polite and attentive especially at the front desk. Complimentary shuttle service is available from the pier which operates daily. There is a shopping mall linked to the hotel which is convenient for shopping or if you want to grab anythingro eat or drink. The only downside was the hotel was far away from central bangok"
