"The pros: The location is excellent. There’s free parking. Outside of the building, the main lobby, and website photos all look nice. The front desk staff are okay. There cons: Not sure if the guest services line is the same as the front reception desk, but the person I spoke to about our room having a wet area next to the a/c was rude and told us they had no other availability.
