"The first night had a small hiccup, but the manager was quick to assist. They were very accommodating and showed that they cared about the place. Not everything is going to be perfect when you run a hotel or any type of business, but trying to grow from these things and taking measures to make the customer happy is top-notch. "Arrived at 02:30 in the morning but the lad on 24hr reception was alert, helpful, friendly and got us to our room quickly with no problems. Equally friendly and helpful was the lady on reception the next two days. Breakfast was great and plentiful but the best thing for us overall was the location…a 4 minute e-scooter ride away from the thermal baths one way (I can recommend) and an 8 minute escooter ride away from the city centre the other way! "
