Stayed here over my son's wedding weekend. It worked out well. Bed was comfortable and we had a nice large bathroom. Doors to the suites are very heavy and there is an awkward entry area between the two rooms in the suite. Getting luggage in and out is a struggle.

I didnt like the concierge trying to barter with me about getting deals on activities. They catch is sitting through a timeshare meeting. Then they hawked you the rest if the stay. Im on vacation to trlax from the world. If im looking for a timeshare I'll call you. The carpets could use cleaning or replacemet. And not having onsite parking for your guests is HORRIBLE and then making them pay $27/day to valet...bad business.

I’m hard of hearing that use sign language, when I arrived to the check in area and I told the staff I’m hard of hearing and she took her face mask off and told me she can sign a little and we communicate fine and she helped me how it work when requested my vehicle from valets by using text. And I can text front desk to bring me more towels which I’m happy that I don’t have to walk front desk because I cannot use the phone to call the front desk but texting!! Very happy and very friendly staff too. The room was nice and it had a cute small kitchen and fridge which I’m glad to able put my drinks and they have glasses and everything you need. The bed was very hard it was hard to sleep. The shower was nice. My husband that is fully deaf he tried to test the doorbell which should have light flashing which it didn’t happened I can hear the buzz but deaf people cannot hear the buzz that’s not good.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! The only surprise was that we had to vallet the car and it was $27/day but that was honestly still convenient I would have just liked to know before hand. Otherwise we were very impressed and do plan on staying here again. For teens to enjoy a hotel with zero complaints it was a breath of fresh air!

Nice place to stay. Big rooms. Great for families. Clean. Is a little out dated. Also We didn’t like that you had to valet your car.

Hidden fees (resort fees when nothing was even open and 27 dollar compulsory valet??) and high pressure sales tactics for timeshare nonsense killed the vibe of an otherwise perfectly okay hotel in an epic location.

We have stayed at this property before and used to park in a nearby parking garage. When we arrived, we were told the parking was valet only at $27/day - plus tip. It was an unexpected expense, but the valet service was organized. We were in a renovated room which was nice but there were small issues - the bathroom fan never shut off, and we called maintenance to get our room to cool (and it worked after that). The maintenance man was terrific; front desk staff looked tired and was not overly friendly - but it’s a tough job. On the plus side, we were happy with our room. The shower was hot with great water pressure, the room darkening shades worked well, and the kitchenette was nice. The hotel is central, and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Was misguided by staff as they instructed me that valet parking was required for 27 dollars a day however other guests were offered to park their cars as an option. Also would have appreciated daily housekeeping instead of as needed.

Disliked: valet parking was required ($27 a night), pool and hot tub were under construction, devices in room did not work, room services needed to be requested even if your stay was longer than 4 days. Likes: it was near the lake. If I could do it again I would change hotels.
