"Amazing "

"Overall the property was very good. 10 min walk to Disney. Restaurants close by. Check in staff were excellent. Lots of advice and help. They were very friendly. Rooms were clean on arrival but we had problems getting the rooms to be cleaned throughout the week. They let us know they were only coming to clean every 2 days which would have been fine, but we didn't get that. One day when they were supposed to clean my partner was sick and stayed in the room. They didn't clean the next day but...

"It was a pleasure to stay at the Hyatt House. The staff was absolutely amazing and every interaction made me, and my party, feel like valued guests. The free bottles of water was a big plus. The breakfast was good, not much variety between days, but that didn’t bother us. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It is a good location because you are close to many restaurants and convenience stores."

"Checking in was a breeze and they held our luggage so we could spend the day at Disneyland. The shower was outdated and shower head leaked a lot. Checking out was a challenge. There was an hour and a half with nobody available from 0700-0830 due to the desk person leaving without coverage. Their replacement was stuck in traffic during the Disney half marathon. They did accommodate us with a late checkout allowing us more Disneyland time. "
