"Hyatt Place is a conveniently located property that offers a good range of free breakfasts and is within a walkable distance of Disney Parking. The staff is friendly and helpful and listens to the guests. However, the elevator was a big issue during our stay. One of the elevators wasn't working. Also, the elevator is shared by the housekeeping and guests. This makes it very congested as the housekeeping has their equipment and guests also carry the luggage.
