"The check-in process and the initial refusal to honour the all inclusive offer we had prebooked that was only overturned by the duty manager because he "couldn't find proof" in the booking that it wasn't booked for all three guests left a bitter taste. The implication was very clear that he was saying the booking was somehow invalid. Eventually he 'let it go'. There is some retraining needed on front desk and the duty manager involved. The only challenge is that it's not the easiest to leave and explore by foot due to having to cross a busy street and being a bit of a walk from central to south Patong which is where markets etc are.
