"The staff team is amazing and professional. Very kind and helpful in our activities planning. The selections and the quality of the breakfast buffet could be improved but so far so good. The interior building is a bit old but very clean and comfortable, the staff doing very well in cleaning. The Swimming pool is brilliant in condition and size. Love this swimming pool very very much. Had 2 lunches at poolside restaurant, fantastic atmosphere and delicious food. Overall very pleasant experience...

"When we arrive there were no prepared to received us and they couldn’t find our reservation. They give us other room after one hour. There is no room service and the room was very dirty. There were giant cockroaches. "
