"They have done an amazing service. I booked for my birthday and they done a room upgrade with a pool. They also brought in a little cake with a candle. The room was cleaned daily, room attendant friendly and attention to detail ( regarding water they always left us 1 or 2 bottles extra) , reception team amazing and hands on to help. Location of the hotel is perfect around 10/15 min walk to bangla road , the beach is less than 5 min walk and not too noise area."

To stay current the hotel will need to complete some renovations as the building is starting to look old. Things like mattress and pillow comfort could be improved and towels with ripped edges.
