"Hotel in itself was in a good spot so we could walk to the various attractions that New York has to offer. The tourist tax, even though we were expecting it, added a further £200 to our overall stay, but they charge that so you can have WiFi and 2 bottles of water daily. The $100 room deposit wasn’t made clear at the start and when I questioned it I was informed it was ‘in case I broke something’. That particular receptionist could have been nicer. "Literally steps to time square everything is close by. For the price the room was perfect. Front desk was very nice. The main hall was warm and cozy. They had a dj playing good tunes on Friday evening. The bar staff were very nice. I enjoyed my experience there and will be returning again. Thank you!"

"This was a good stay for my friend and I. There are things that could be better for example the sound between the rooms was really poor. Walls are paper thin. Check in was smooth however I wasn’t offered my arrival essentials nor was I asked about my Hilton membership which had they’d done I would’ve been offered them. I did appreciate their efficiency in adding my guest to the reservation. Nice convenient space, the elevator issue wasn’t as bad as people had let on, and the rooms were clean....
