"Loved open air lobby & great check in service from Rae (she was super kind). Room service was really good as well. The hotel needs some cosmetic love - lots of chipped paint in section near Room 602. "

It is also where Cirque Du Soleil - Auana is, so very convineint if you want to catch this show However, we stayed on the side where the theater is, and it was quite noisy around 9:30-10 when the show finishes since we are on the 3rd floor. Another thing is the safe was not working. Probably the battery is too low. We did not ask for it to be fixed since we do not really need it. But it would be great if the hotel checks whether the safe is working. "

"Rob at the Front Desk provided excellent customer service when we checked in. The location of the hotel is central to shopping and dining in Waikiki. The hotel is right off the beach where you carefully need to step across a yard of shells to get to the sandy area. Most people didn’t seem to mind it. The elevator can be a little frustrating. I wish there was a hot tub area for adults only, especially for the price we pay to stay here. "

"We typically stay at higher-end hotels, but this time we decided to bring the kids and chose the Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Our initial room didn't quite meet our expectations in terms of the view, but my wife spoke with the front desk, and they were incredibly accommodating. "Great for a family. A block or so off the beach in a terrifically walkable and safe shopping and restaurant area with a lot to see, do, and experience. Wonderful hearty breakfast included in the room rate— best we have had at a hotel, with made-to-order omelettes, breakfast meats, fresh fruit, and even some regular and interesting foods like miso soup and fried rice. There is also a complementary cocktail hour from 5:30-7:30pm each night and we got four drink tickets. Two per person per night....
