"We just spent a week at Kauai Shores and cannot think of a single negative. This resort is outstanding. If you are looking for a clean, well-run, place for real people this is for you. If you want a pretentious glamour resort full of complaining guests go elsewhere. We had activity plans every day and ended up ditching most so we could relax on the beautiful beach, soak in the hot tub, and watch Tropical fish in the saltwater kiddy pool next door. We were very dad to depart and will return next...

"Liked that hotel is near large shopping center, lots of dining options and the beach. Location excellent: not too close to Waikiki and crowded tourist areas. Property is large, somewhat confusing as there are 2 towers - so different elevators. Room with 1 queen size bed was small - only allowing for one person to pass in front of tv and access dresser. No hotel brochures or info in regards to use of tv remote! Hotel staff - very nice, prompt and efficient!"

"Overall this hotel is in a great location. I think that’s the beat part of it. Minutes from the beach, right on a main street, and right next to a park where you can jog. Front desk staff is great and they have a wine & cheese event that is very nice for guests. It helps you meet other guests in case you’re traveling solo. Gym is also pretty decent (although some of the machines need to be oiled a bit). The cons: the only water filter is in the lobby and is superrrrrr slow so I had to buy...
