In fact my expectations were exceeded at all points; while checking in the staff maintained all the norms of sociall distcancing and did the necessary checks. We had booked two deluxe quadruple rooms, expecting a comfortable stay, but what we encountered was shocking. "This was my Second stay at Residency so this stay was more as a friend and less as a guest! I got a very warm welcome by concierge Rajesh who couldn't have been more delighted to see the passenger emerging from the taxi! His customary Good Morning Maam immediately turned into a shriek of delight. Sushant at the desk had very kindly already arranged for an early check in for me. After a quick freshen up in my lovely room in the annexe next door I went for breakfast where Peter welcomed me back!...
