"In the heart of everything. Personnel makes you feel special. Nice and quiet with resort like feel in the heart of the city. Nice balcony but no seating could have been an opportunity. Yoga instructor at 8 am lacked enthusiasm and could have shown more passion for her craft. "This hotel is situated in a great location near cafes, local as well as name brand shops, and a stone's throw from the Gateway. The room was surprisingly cold with a/c, ceiling fan strong, and beds okay for comfort. Our room had all the amenities including basic toiletries, television and mini fridge, which wasn't in the description at booking,; but was a nice touch. The streetside can be a little noisy, so don't expect peace and quiet. Also no elevator. However, you can't beat the location...
