We had a great experience staying at the hotel. The level of service at the hotel is very high, and restaurants are fantastic. The best part is the hotel has a system that keeps the air pollution to a minimum level inside. We had a wonderful but polluted view of the water from our room and the skyline on the other side of the water is excellent when you could see it.

From the morning when I arrived, they permitted me early check-in WITHOUT charge. Everyone did their job well and the service from all members of staff were highly efficient and courteous. My booking also included a butler service.

Excellent experience staying at the Oberoi Mumbai. They went out of their way to make it special for my parents who were celebrating their 30th anniversary at the hotel. The service, the food, the ambience and the stay overall was stellar, to say the least. Highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a luxurious stay in Mumbai.
