"Friendly staff, but the facility felt rather outdated and a bit dirty and uncomfortable. Lots of noise since the window faced the street with constant traffic and construction where they are building a metro line. Luckily the super noisy fan drowned it out. Excellent shower, though - great water pressure and hot the whole time (best of the 3 hotels I stayed at in India), although looked a bit grimy. "The staff were commendable. They went out of their way to satisfy us. The gym facilities were very good and were accessible during our short stay. The room was of a generous size with cushioned chairs, a desk and chair a tv and comfortable twin beds. There was not enough drawer space but that was our only criticism.
