"Very silent rooms"

"We stayed here for Billie Eilish's concert that was happening down at the SAP center and was really surprised with how calm and safe the area around the hotel is. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious, just a tad dated, parking was abundunt and plentiful, and there are plenty of stores nearby. We did use public transportation to get to the concert venue and that was easy to use as well since the bus stops were of walking distance. We also took advantage of...

"Great old style building and very convenietly located for riding the cable cars around town. There were also some great options close by for drinks and eats. My only conplaint was that the breakfast was a bit lacking. "

"Hotel was nice and clean, had a nice entrance, restaurant but we didn’t have time to go to. Our heater wouldn’t come on but they sent someone right up to help us. It was a quick trip for a concert, so we didn’t spend much time there. "
