"The breakfast was great. Lots of choices and plenty for everyone. The king size bed was old, because when you slept on the side, you ended up in the middle because the mattress was not firm. Everything was very clean, but some of the drawers on the dresser kept sliding open. We had to put something in the gaps to keep it closed. We reported it, but no one ever came to look or fix it."

"Ok stay. Hotel and room were clean. Mattress had seen better days and was not as comfortable as would liked or expected. Free breakfast was marginal. Had stayed here before and it was better. Still quite convenient and priced ok for the area and alternatives. "

"I’m a regular guests at the Heritage Inn.. I stayed for 3 weeks! At the beginning I loved the place! But lately, People brings there dogs to the hotel! You walked outside of your room , you see dog poop! Parking lot, same thing!! Then there’s people doing their drugs and drinking, loud music!!! It’s just horrible!!!"

"We're smokers. Told the smoking area is front. Barred locked. When asker about it's locked the clerk could not/ would not provide access. Staff is rude and disrespectful. I'm still handling over-charges that are fraudulent. "

"The studio 6 would be a great stay if the room was cleaned properly. This is my 2nd stay and I’ve mentioned the room is nice but was not cleaned and I mean food on floor and an abundance of dog hair and dog pebbles remain for me to clean. They should be paying me the incidental fee. If it wasn’t for how dirty the room was both stays I’d give a higher score but FAIL. "
