The only negative was the first lady we encountered at the front desk when we initially approached. She seemed quite bothered to be helping us check in. Another lady took over from her because she couldn't figure out the computer system, and the second lady was much kinder. "

"If you are just staying for a short time and don't plan on spending time in the room, it offers the best value. The rooms are very tiny, like apartments in Hongkong, but has everything. It's like visiting a concept room in IKEA. The location cannot be beat. Close to shopping, restaurants, the rivers, and night clubs. Great place for car and people watching. :)"

"We arrived in Zurich after a long international trip, walked to the hotel from picking up our baggage, slept well, and the next morning had a good breakfast at the hotel. The train station at the airport is walking distance, shopping and restaurants are there. We continued to our destination on the train."
