"We had a fantastic stay at EMA House Hotel Suites and highly recommend it. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly upgraded to a stay in the main hotel, which was a great start to our six-night visit. The suite was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and offered plenty of space, making it a perfect base for exploring Zurich. "Turned up after check in and the room hadn’t been cleaned. Power went out within our first few hours of being there, contacted the helpline multiple times and they said they’d send out an electrician. They never did! Spent the whole trip with no way to charge phones in our room and no lights! "

"Apartment was very clean and Danielle was very communicative and easy to reach. The shower nozzle was broken and sprayed everywhere. Quiet and safe neighborhood, but the upstairs neighbor in the unit above, walked around a lot. "

"Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks."
