This hotel is located just across the river from the train station. The adjacent area is Zürich’s main dining district and is not seedy at all as areas tend to be around train stations. There is shopping nearby on both sides of the river. We were more than happy with our room. In terms of safety, cleanliness and convenience, this hotel is hard to beat.

Absolutely loved our stay here! We booked the suite with river view and was worried about the noise but had zero problems with it at all. The hotel is centrally located near the main train station (which you must check out for the shopping/dining underground), near a lot of restaurants and shops. The staff were accommodating, kind and welcoming. Rooms were cleaned daily and fridge was stocked often. The only complaint I have is the getting out of the bathtub in the suites. It’s quite a step down and I can see someone losing their balance and it being a safety concern. They could add a handle or add a step there. My mom is older and it was a lot getting her in and out of the tub. Other than that it was an incredible stay!

The hotel if in a perfect location near the main Train station as well as other transport links. The room we stayed in was a good size, clean and had a nice modern bathroom. The staff at the hotel where friendly and helpful.

This hotel is closed everything to Old Town Zurich and 2 super market and lots of restaurant. You can walk about 5 minutes from train station. The hotel has 2 restaurants, Our experience with Kings Cave restaurant is great, the manager is sweet and Mr. Jovo is the best. I recommend every one travel to Zurich try Kingscave restaurant.

First off I’m giving 4 stars but only because of staff. The location is excellent and so convenient and would definitely stay again. It was clean and I also like how comfortable the bed and pillows were. Th reason for just 4 stars is because we arrived at the hotel around 2 pm and I told the girl nicely, “we’re just a bit early but wondering if we could check in”. She replied very flatly and not welcoming at all “well first we need to check if you even have a reservation”, walked away told another girl to check us in. Very rude and unkind. Anywho the girl that ended up checking us in was nice but didn’t really offer additional details on the hotel like what time was breakfast etc. oh well, maybe that’s how it’s done there. Also, there was a girl a breakfast, didn’t catch her name, but she was wonderful and very welcoming. She had short hair, kinda like a bob if I recall. Overall great stay.
