"We stayed here in 2022 and loved the room we stayed in. We were really keen to try our their biggest room with a rolltop bath, and so booked a year in advance. It was well worth the wait! Gorgeous room, amazing facilities in the room, and wonderfully warm staff! The only thing that could be added is some sort of little shelf in the shower for toiletries. I had no issues leaving my toiletries on the ground, but i appreciate others may not be able to do this during their shower. Pretty...

"We stayed for 3 nights for a Christmas shopping trip, the hotel is in a perfect location very close to York Minster and with lovely bars and restaurants on the doorstep. We were met with a very warm welcome, our room was small but had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend this lovely boutique Guest House"

"Lovely hotel, owner was friendly and helpful, he couldn’t do enough for us, the room was cosy, warm, and spacious. It was about a 10-15 min walk into town which was nice as we walked past some lovely pubs and quirky little boutiques. Overall a fantastic stay. I would recommend "

"A fantastic location with very friendly, helpful staff. The price was beyond competitive considering the parking and breakfast were included. The only negative would be that the towels were a little fusty but overall a great stay and i would definitely book again if i was visiting york."

"We had a couple of nights stay in the New Inn and it was a lovely clean comfortable place. Great check in and access to a fridge, plates and cutlery if you need it. Chinese restaurant just a minute walk away which was really good. There was a fish and chip place too but unfortunately it was closed while we were staying. Would definitely recommend staying here though, nice safe friendly little village with a great community shop five minute walk away. "

"Literally 5 mins away from the retail park (shops and food) but you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere! Really clear and easy to follow instructions to self-check in meant I could arrive at 22:00 and not feel worried! Definitely will be staying again!"

"Very few properties are perfect and this property had a few issues, but these pale in comparison to the convenience, location, professionalism, and cleanliness. The staff more were truly amazing and they themselves deserve five stars. They were accommodating, considerate, professional, efficient, kind, and truly represented the very best of York. I would be inclined to make these apartments my go to place for any future visits to York."
