"Hotel is clean and up to standards. Service staff are helpful. Some of the staff understand and speak basic English. Good location, its just beside the new world emporium and within walking distance to nanjing pedestrian road."

"Look, I know this is a five star hotel, so you would expect good service… but these guys are absolutely excellent. We arrived on an early flight at 8.30am but they upgraded us so we could check in early for a nap… but only after we had breakfast (breakfast in the morning of arrival is a new one on me!) Flawless, chic and a breakfast so good i don’t even know what to say about it."

I could only communicate with the reservation website staff through the APP, which took about an hour to resolve. Fortunately, I was upgraded in the end, which slightly relieved my unpleasant mood."
