"Really very good at a decent price. The coffee and tea facilities left a little to be desired in the room. Measly amount of milk and coffee machine hard to use. Most places provide a free biscuit or two but not here. Staff seemed a bit muddled at times in the bar. And on a quiet Wednesday evening we asked to sit and look at the view with a drink and were refused. So silly when we were the only people there. "

"This was a really good stay and really good rates for London. The hotel is walking distance to the station and very close to the excel. The staff were really friendly and upgraded us to a family room. The room was clean and had tea and coffee. There is a secure car park which is locked up.
