"Had a fantastic stay here at this property, The location with the fantastic view is ofcourse the highlight going down to the beach is only 5mins , coming back with motorbike (habal-habal) took 2mins with 25peso. Very Responsive in terms of communication.The family really took care of us also offered us a free pick up in sabang market at arrival. My room was beautiful and quiet room indeed."

"It's probably a 2 star hotel at best, but the location is good and the staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are a little cramped for my taste and they don't have their own facilities like a pool or room service but Angelyn hotel across the street services Ark Bayz' free breakfast and you can use Angelyn's pool if you stay at Ark Bayz. "Really nice hotel. The room was the premier Flint B, which had a comfortable queen bed and bunk beds for children. The terrace had a nice view of the bay. The only drawback was the steep stairs, but the bellhop carried up and down the bags. The hotel staff was very friendly, and everyone learned your name and it felt non-forced and like you knew them for a long time. "Welcomed warmly by Mhary and wish everyone else in that resort is like her. Definitely NOT the front desk lady I saw on my second day (on Monday, PH time) there (when Mhary was on her day off). Cleaning staff are both nice and really very good at their job. I did not try diving with this resort but I snorkeled on my own and it was very good. I did visit the other twin resort and it was a delight. All in all, very good value and a good experience."
