"I really enjoyed my stay here. Very close to the town of Sabang for conveniences, and my poolside room was very comfortable with everything I needed including a fridge. "The Villa is a beautiful property with breath taking views, The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. A wonderful surprise was that they sent a car to pick us up at the port and to drop us off for free. "Had a fantastic stay here at this property, The location with the fantastic view is ofcourse the highlight going down to the beach is only 5mins , coming back with motorbike (habal-habal) took 2mins with 25peso. Very Responsive in terms of communication.The family really took care of us also offered us a free pick up in sabang market at arrival. My room was beautiful and quiet room indeed."

"Nice place, nice area. Was quiet at night, some reviews say it is too noisy. The only glaring fault is lack of wifi. There are 4 possible connections on two pieces of paper, which is purely theoretical. None of them work. Not life and death, but fairly important when travelling and researching the next destination."

"This hotel is near White Beach, not Sabang Beach. There is a problem with Google Maps when you look it up. White Beach is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and there are many shops and restaurants on White Beach. The beds were comfortable but the wifi did not work in our room location. Air conditioning cooled the room but the extra warm temperatures were too much for the unit. Overall 4 out of 5. Staff was very friendly and attentive!"

"It's probably a 2 star hotel at best, but the location is good and the staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are a little cramped for my taste and they don't have their own facilities like a pool or room service but Angelyn hotel across the street services Ark Bayz' free breakfast and you can use Angelyn's pool if you stay at Ark Bayz. "

"Really nice hotel. The room was the premier Flint B, which had a comfortable queen bed and bunk beds for children. The terrace had a nice view of the bay. The only drawback was the steep stairs, but the bellhop carried up and down the bags. The hotel staff was very friendly, and everyone learned your name and it felt non-forced and like you knew them for a long time. "Welcomed warmly by Mhary and wish everyone else in that resort is like her. Definitely NOT the front desk lady I saw on my second day (on Monday, PH time) there (when Mhary was on her day off). Cleaning staff are both nice and really very good at their job. I did not try diving with this resort but I snorkeled on my own and it was very good. I did visit the other twin resort and it was a delight. All in all, very good value and a good experience."
