The only down side is if you arrive earlier than 4 you do not have access into the apartments and have to pay extra if you would like to get in by 2-3. There is also no where to store your luggage safely if you choose not to sit and wait for access into the apartment’s and choose to leave and visit the city in the mean time… so that means you either have to wait a few hours in the lobby/waiting area or you have to lug your baggage around till...

"Great location, apartment was clean, welcoming, and cozy. Unfortunately the lobby, elevator, and hallways smelt awful. This did not change throughout our entire stay, despite seeing several cleaning ladies in the common spaces. Also, the water in the bathroom sink pooled and nearly overflowed, which was gross while we brushed our teeth and washed our hands. "Our stay in the villa was great. It was perfect distance from the French quarter. With traffic, our drive to the French quarter was about 18-20 minutes. It’s nice to be slightly separated from the noise and traffic of downtown. The bed was very comfortable and seeing the sun rise near the water every morning was awesome. "

"My family of 4 with 2 teenagers really enjoyed our stay. It's hard to find an affordable 2 bedroom with Kitchen so this was really nice. My daughter enjoyed the hot tub but it was too cold for the pool. They sent entry instructions and we didn't have any issues with entry.You can pay for safe gated parking which we did one night but we found on street parking and used the bus the rest of the trip. It was super easy to navigate. I loved the w/d in the unit. We'd stay again. "
