We stayed here because it was close to the hospital our son was in. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. All the staff -Robert, Len and others whose names I don’t know- were so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Our room was comfortable and quiet. What we didn’t have the energy to do they did for us.

Stayed for 1 night and even that was too long. Our TV didn’t work at all and the AC didn’t run, so the room stayed at a toasty 75. I didn’t bother calling because we were only staying for less than 12 hours. The staff were absolutely amazing though. Also our room did NOT HAVE A WINDOW. So it felt a bit psychiatric-ward like.

When I booked there was an option of a king room, and a king room without a window. I definitely didn’t want that and chose the regular king room. We walked in and our room was windowless. Bummer, but not a big deal. The AC didn’t work in our room but we didn’t discover this until we got back to our room after an event. They switched us to a new room immediately. Around 6am our alarm clock started going off! (Was not set by us, this wasn’t even our original room) ten minutes later the room next to us alarm started to go off but was not stopping. We had to call the front desk and someone came up and turned it off. There were a few hiccups in our stay but I’m not sure the hotel could do anything to prevent ANY of this happening. The main takeaway was they fixed every issue within minutes and very very friendly!

I liked the attention to detail by staff. I did not like the parking situation. Desk staff have misinformation regarding parking had to pay to exit parking garage 1st time. Once checked out: made sure ticket was validated as still almost had to pay to exit. Called assistance. First guy disconnected call. 2nd phone attendant was ultra helpful.

Very limited free parking on site. City parking for a $10 fee right next door. An employee of the hotel said he had a free spot for me as long as I “took care of him”. Be more subtle about getting your $5 tip!

Somebody literally whiped their ass with a towel that I almost dried my body with. Then the alarm clock went off at 6:00 A.M. which we did not set. Cleaning woman knocked on the door at 9. Why set the checkout time to noon if you're going to wake me up all morning?? I'd better get my full $25.00 deposit back too!!
