"Great location. Parking in a garage behind hotel- a walkway over to the hotel would have been nice as it is February and it is a bit of a walk from garage to hotel. Staff very nice. "

"The room was excellent and the beds were comfortable. I enjoyed the fireplace on such a cold night. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the noise from the people upstairs, they had a dog running around all night. The staff at the front desk were friendly as well. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Front Desk was amazing! Every hotel was booked with major events going on in Cleveland- I found a room at this hotel and I was impressed with the client service and friendly attitude from everyone. There was a female working the front desk when I arrived and she deserves 5 Stars and a raise 😊"

"This was a perfect stay for friends! There was plenty of room for 5 of us. Breakfast was delicious! I had a flat tire (which was previously patched prior to the stay). The staff called our room to make sure that we were ok and to recommend tire services. They went above and beyond! "
