The property is nice. It’s clean. Location is downtown. Being downtown there can be noise from outside. I was on the 10th floor. I’d say the higher the floor the better, to minimize noise issues.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was ok. What I had a problem with was the room. We were put in a room with an adjoring room. We did not know the people next door but after they came in at 10:45 and talked for an hour and a half, we felt like we did. Could hear their conversation clear as day and they did not care if they kept us up. They also woke us up bright and early.

The only issue was checking in. They had an issue with the checking in of one customer and 2 customers waited more than 35 minutes to checkin because of only one person available to help customers.
